7Meilen experience journeys accomplishes singular journeys to the Navajo Indians. Participants experience their culture and Spiritualität genuinely and get a view of the true life of the Navajo Indians on the separated Rainbow plateau.

This journey leads an unexplored wilderness in the southwest of the US state Utah in a minibus deeply into the Navajo Stammesland. Here the Navajo Indians still originally live and grow together with nature at the foot of the holy mountain, the Navajo Mountain. The country saves an unknown mythology and Spiritualität and is only with difficulty accessible. The participants come not as tourists, but as friends and to some Navajo Handwerkskünste are introduced. They will stay overnight in a traditional Hogan and in direct contact with a family will live.

Sweating hut, original Töpfern, migrations by separated Canyon under Navajo guidance: Under indianischer guidance the participants experience the execution of a traditional cleaning ceremony in a sweating hut, Töpfern with the materials of the “nut/mother earth”, introduction to basket twisting, migrations by separated Canyon on age-old Indian paths to beautiful stone formations, attendance of ruins of the Anasazi Indians, Story Telling and a meeting with a medicine man.

The journey goes after 9 days stay at a Navajo family of far into the Monument Valley, into this breath-robbing landscape, admits through innumerable Western. Here there is opportunity to drive with the jeep by the width of the Monument Valley. To a further overnight accomodation in a Hogan and correct Westernromantik at the campfire further to PAGE, a small Westernstadt at the Lake Powell, to the Zion national park is, beautiful mountain country shank and to 15. Day back after read Vegas. On the next day it goes back to Germany. Interests Minimum age is 16 years; the groups are small, max. 8 participant inside.
