Familotel wins in the Nebensaison: Turnover plus in 2006

With babies and infants in the Nebensaison increasing conversion (openPR) - philosophy „incoming goods make you smile “disbursed itself in the last year for Familotel again: With a turnover plus the co-operation of family-friendly hotels terminates the vacation year 2006.
Altogether the 46 enterprises obtained a conversion of 93.8 million euro. Those are 6.8 per cent more than in 2005.

Clear plus signs
6,8 million conversion the point enterprise registers for 2006. As in 2005 general extent of utilization was over the whole year about 69,6 per cent. The point reached a single hotel with stately 91.4 per cent. The net price for the room is with on the average 78.60 euro (peak value: 112 euro). The REVpar decreased/went back easily and oscillated themselves with 92 euro (peak value: 181.20 euro).

Babies increase conversion
Since the holidays season for all member enterprises runs traditionally very well, the increases were reached particularly in the Nebensaison. Siegfried Prange managed sees the together developed strategy confirmed: „In the main season there are nearly no longer possible for increases, we the care offer still more attractive in the Nebensaison made. “

Football WM no rival
The Hoteliers is particularly content from Familotel that the football WM did not give losses to you. Consistently the Slogan was converted „incoming goods make you smile “: Attractive alternative offers employed the whole family. While fans enjoyed the professional Gekicke in many hotels on canvases, the other family members themselves were active or let themselves in the Wellness and Kosmetikabteilungen be spoiled. Thus despite WM the conversion of the previous years was held.

2007: Lack of snow lowers expectation
Although more rooms clearly - altogether 2806 rooms - expect Familotel are available for this year only an easy increase. There it does not help also that in the two first months of the yearly 2007 the conversion could be held by price increases. The reservation situation in the same period absorbs expectations: By the bad snow situation around the winter hotels 10 per cent of fewer overnight accomodation was registered approximately.
