With PERI SKYDECK productivity clearly increased

The island Sentosa at the south coast of Singapore develops at present increasingly for the routistic point of attraction of the Southeast Asiatic city state. Those regionally resident building firm Tiong Seng went as a general contractor due to the demanded short construction period new ways and set consistently on innovative PERI of formwork systems. Thus provided three SKYDECK scarf-corrode with in each case 500 square meters of formwork surface for efficient production of all Stahlbetondecken. With the PERI SKYDECK drop head system and the multi-PROP. ceiling supports left themselves the 35 centimeters strong floors with room heights of 3,50 to 6.50 meters economically flat. Due to the light aluminum individual parts the building site already determined an increase of the productivity at the beginning of the formworks by 30 per cent. The systematic assembly sequence and the small individual weights ensured for the fact that with the PERI SKYDECK and multi-PROP. fast and fatigue-free could be worked.

In addition ones to the SKYDECK PERI of cover table modules with large scarf surfaces per crane stroke and the ST 100 pile tower provided as type-examined support frame for a comprehensive formwork and stand solution. Thus also the solid cross girders in the festival room could be manufactured efficiently. The assigned PERI of systems opened new possibilities to the local resident building firm. Like that itself responsible formwork engineer Edwin Lee Wee Ping is safe to be able to achieve thereby the goal of an holistic formwork solution. Because that is for it the basis for more security, quality and productivity on the building site.

The use of the SKYDECK panel ceiling boarding encountered also with the local building authorities and building companies large interest. During a building site presentation scarcely 200 visitors had locally the possibility of attending a direct comparison with conventional formwork methods. It turned out that the SKYDECK was faster three to five times. In addition the specialists let themselves be convinced of the fact that in and Ausschalvorgang with SKYDECK run off by far more surely.
