Vorarlberger of waste-worth H�usle is to be sold (openPR) - on Friday the supervisory board meeting of the Illwerke/VKW group took place. The sales of the Abfallverwerters H�usle and the sales of the 49-Prozent-Beteiligung at the autosupplier ELB form GmbH are to be examined. The Illwerke is a corporation with seat in Bregenz. Principal shareholder is with 95,5% the country Vorarlberg. 4.5% of the share capital are in the property of the way security acquisition company Ltd., Bregenz, report the industry magazine more europaticker.

Purchase before eleven years for approximately 17 millions euro

After negotiations of many years and difficult the country Vorarlberg acquired the block of shares of the federation at the Illwerken (70.1618%) on 9 November 1995. With it also faithful-handles administration of the federal participation ended by the group company. The purchase price for the H�usle group had amounted to approximately 17 million euro. At that time the federal state government wanted to know the recycling of waste in national hand. The H�usle group employs 380 coworkers, the conversion lies with 75 million euro.

The waste-worth in several utilization companies among other things also in Switzerland takes part. The supervisory board of the Illwerke/VKW group seized the resolution on Friday to examine the sales. It concerns the concentration on the core business of the energy company.

The G�tzner company Loacker announced already several times interest in the H�usle group. The 1886 created still enterprise in the family estate has 160 coworkers/inside and gains a conversion of more than 90 millions euro in the year.
