Platform to the remote selection of consumption data in living and trade objects

Consumption in the comparison to the average of the real estate (openPR) - Chemnitz, 13.02.2007. ECA software developed a platform for measuring services and housing administrations to the automatic remote selection of consumption data in living and trade objects. Thus also tenant, measuring instruments and measured values lets itself be administered beside the objects. The system provides automatically for the periodic selection of the measured values. About a special entrance tenants and customers can inform about Internet.

Contrary to the usual annual Rundgang from Ablesern consumption data with this system more frequent and without entering the objects are to be received. From in such a way won data statements can be generated, which were so far not possible, like e.g. monitoring on unnecessary consumption of empty standing dwellings or by openly standing windows, Wasserrohrbruch or defective WC-flushing. In addition, with objects with frequent tenant change, like trade areas, so fast an account can be provided.

Straight one in the current situation of the heating costs risen enormously knows the platform a contribution to energy and thus costs saves to carry out. The tenant can by assignment of a password the entrance over Internet freely be switched. Thus it has at any time the possibility of informing about its consumption. A diagram gives information, how it lies thereby in the comparison to the real estate. If it lies in consumption over the average, that is indicated clearly. Perhaps thus it considers its consumption behavior. If it decides for example to heat during the day unused areas less it can already see success on the next day on the basis the values consumed.

A further advantage of the remote selection consists of the fact that consumption data are day up-to-date available. Thus the account of the operating cost can take place time near. With the system also monthly intermediate accounts would be possible. Like that one is already now prepared for in the future legal regulations.

Companies, which offer the operating cost account as service, can switch its customer an Internet entrance freely. Thus the customer can inform about consumption of his tenants. In addition, the customer can use the platform actively, by administering information about the objects, tenant changes or operating cost calculations which can be administered. So the platform also outside co-operation can effektivieren.

The system is supplemented by an offer platform for Germany-far renting objects. The customer can supplement the anyway already existing data and in such a way offer its empty standing objects in the Internet. Prospective customer inquiries are passed on by Mail. The service is free. In case of an obtained letting a commission becomes due.

The platform makes it, the advantages of a new technology, for the remote selection possible of consumption data to use effectively. Thus can be worked the Verschwendung by energy against and saved thus costs. With the tenant and customer interface an increase in value is generated, with which the user stands out against the competition. That is particularly important in times of large empty conditions and increasing competition pressure.
