H�usle is first European manufacturer of acoustic mats from recycling plastic

The again designed production plant in Lustenau is to manufacture 3,000 tons of acoustic mats per year. (openPR) - production remainders from the automobile supporting industry become new barriers

As a first European producer the Vorarlberger Umweltdienstleister H�usle makes 2006 acoustic mats since July of recycling plastics. From production remainders the mats manufactured serve the automobile supporting industry the noise insulation in vehicles. The production plant particularly designed in addition was taken in Lustenau in enterprise.

Production remainders of acoustic construction units of the automobile supporting industry are separated with H�usle from foreign matter like for example foams, textiles, fleeces etc. Subsequently, they are converted in a particularly conceived production plant again to acoustic mats.

�With the production of acoustic mats from old plastics we make a further and important contribution for the reduction of resources consumption �, hold H�usle managing director Gerd Schachenhofer. So far the production remainders of the thermal utilization in the cement industry were supplied or served the plastic industry as additive.

From old Mach again. Since there was still no suitable technology for the production of recycling acoustic mats, project manager Josef Br�ndle developed a procedure for the industrielle production of acoustic mats from recycling plastic after intensive attempts. After the first produced mats had convinced with the quality tests, one already began at the beginning of of July 2006 with series production. H�usle aims at a production volume of 3.000 tons per year.

With the reprocessing of production remainders H�usle approaches its goal, the reduction of resources consumption, again a step.
