Study “Presenting service! Study to the Servicequalität of enterprise inspections” (openPR) - so the result of the study „Presenting service! Study to the Servicequalität of enterprise inspections “, those of the X [iks] Institut for communication and service Design, potsdam, which became provided on behalf the innovative consulting firm performance Design (Performancedesign.de). The enterprise inspections serve in the future strengthened as instrument for the market study (45%) and for the customer production (38%). It is interesting that enterprises use this instrument increasingly also for personnel production (46%). Before this background enterprises straight when planning and conception of target-group-specific solutions see enormous action potentials. Thus special offers for customers, applicants and investors gain in the future significance. A Controlling of the enterprise inspections accomplishes at present only half of the asked enterprises. In the future enterprises want to measure the success of the enterprise inspections by satisfaction investigations, content analyses and expiration examinations. Enterprises see a high meaning in the integration of service as instrument for the optimization of enterprise presentations. At present however only 10% of the enterprises defined service standards. Recognizable trends with enterprise inspections go from the quality optimization in the conversion (36%), over the adjustment of the information and communication processes (39%) up to the active marketing of the guidance and visiting offers (41%).
