Optimization of the committee work by the use of advice and citizen information systems (RIS)

PfalzAkademie (openPR) - in this meeting, for members of local committees, leaders are explained in line with standard usage/inside and coworkers/inside from municipal administrations as well as citizens/inside chances and Potenziale to the improvement of the committee work by the employment by advice and citizen information systems.

On the basis examples the director/conductor of the office reports „advice, district agencies and elections “of the city Mülheim at the Ruhr, Wolfgang sour country, of the various experiences during the introduction and the work with an advice and a citizen information system. It points in particular the different perspectives of the councillors, to the administration out as well as the citizen. The participants/inside receive such an understanding for the factors of a successful optimization of the committee work by the employment of an advice and a citizen information system.

The practical application of an advice and a citizen information system in the work everyday life is demonstrated on the basis by the CC e-gov GmbH refugee of program ALLRIS, which is used in many administrations and in practice worked.
