Trevor Manuel (openPR) - the current expenditure of SOUTH AFRICA INTERNAL dedicates itself completely the “budget Speech”, which held Ministers of Finance Trevor Manuel on 21 February in the parliament. It has a long tradition that the Minister for finances brings in the draft for the national budget in the second work week of the new meeting yearly. It refers to the financial year which is approaching in each case, which runs from 1 April to at the end of March. And tradition has also that on this occasion fiscal changes are announced. The parliament has the final say - which become financial and fiscal switch positions however regularly abgenickt. That will not be also with the household 2007/2008 different.
