Cynicism without end

Incomprehensibly mild judgements rise from a cow trade from procedure-tactical considerations without appreciation of all contentwise details. One calls this now process economics. Thus the confidence takes into the Judikative far damage and nobody is to be surprised, if such practices are continued to copy. If one believes the legal representatives in case of Hartz, then this proceeding is even desired and already standard.

Ethical-moral principles, the true supports of a democratic community, crumble with such right understanding further off, because the confidence in justice and equal treatment are ever more damaged.

The mildness, which Mr. Hartz was allowed to experience, works also zynisch, because in many cases with the application of its law work extremely hard and a little zimperlich with the concerning one goes around nevertheless. Without consideration for losses!

In the interest of a functioning constitutional state the ADG of politically responsible persons demands that: Do not save longer at expense of the justice.

The objective of the association action democratic community registered association - ADG is the general promotion of the democratic commonwealth. From this the promotion of political education and education is derived as specific association purpose. The association does not pursue political purposes in the sense of the one-sided influence of the political forming of an opinion or the promotion of political parties.

From the statute purpose the following tasks result to its implementation:

Explanation of complex political and sociopolitical connections, particularly the democratic principle of the Basic Law, the multiple party system and the parliamentary system of government, promotion of the readiness for active political participation, in particular regarding occurring for the fundamental rights, equal rights and the majority principle,
Stabilization of the criticism ableness and action readiness of the citizens, particularly by the promotion of the Pluralismus and the tolerance in relation to deviating opinions, dialogue and co-operation with other democratic organizations, supply and spreading of objective information, including their sources, by public education meetings and written information at members and public.
