(openPR) - the “hint for tax saving” bundles medium-size protest against intensified taxation of capital abilities

Duesseldorf, 27.02.2007. The Düsseldorfer restaurant economics “hint for tax saving” starts a large-scale protest and clearing-up campaign against the changes planned starting from 2009 with the taxation of securities and investments. If the current ministerial draft bill of the Federal Department of Finance attains legal power for enterprise taxation, this could mean the end of the German share culture. Investments in shares became increasingly unattractive for private and Kleinanleger and the stock market would succumb completely to the influence of Hedgefonds and institutional large shareholders. Because to the conceptions of the government, must private investors with the following are cut count: Abolishment of the exemption from taxes on profits from security sales after end of the speculation period, abolishment of the expenses departure with a capital income, abolishment of the half income procedure with dividends, accounting prohibition for losses from capital abilities. In response the planned paying off tax does not bring discharge to all taxpayers at a value of 25 per cent.

But the legislation process is still in full course and each citizen can with its protest on the further process influence take. Therefore the “hint for tax saving” asks up-to-date thousands medium-size entrepreneurs to the planned law change. The “hint for tax saving” will collect each voice and for the protest of the citizens hearing with the decision makers in Berlin will provide.
