May 2007 in Feldafing a specialized seminar about “personnel Controlling: Taxes and evaluating of resources humans”. The human Capitalclub registered association was created by the restaurant economics and director of personnel a.D. Peter Friederichs together with the executive committee of the HVB AG a.D. Dr. Martins container and the resident of Munich psychology professor Professor Dr. Dieter Frey.

The association pursues the task to take up the coworker value (Employee VALUE) equally apart from the Shareholder VALUE to the objective of the management. In addition standards, methods and measures are developed and/or recommended, which are suitable, to promote the Potenzial of the collaboration as the most important enterprise capital.

This happens by the conviction that the economic and humanitarian progress can be realized only together, and therefore the lasting development and order-political anchorage of the human capital in the center of the management to be located must; this means also to measure the performance of the management at its contribution for this.
