In order to be able to maintain ground in the international competition, the construction and production of special purpose machines requires a high measure to innovation, knowledge and quality over the entire creation of value process and finally a not insignificant shot of creativity.
The Becker building of special purpose machines GmbH, a medium-size enterprise with approximately 40 coworkers, offers its Produktportfolio within the ranges of saws, promoting, packing and transporting. The good order A RESTINg and stable establishment at the national and international market permitted and promoted in the past years a fast growth of the enterprise. The technical and complex requirements at the construction and production of the products and the business size reached meanwhile required the adjustment at the current time to industrielle organization forms and firm's structures.
Before this background the Becker assigned building of special purpose machines GmbH Campus Consult to accomplish a Potenzialberatung. Contents of this consultation was the analysis of the structure and sequence organisation, in particular the Optimierungspotenziale existing for achievement production necessary process, as well as the statement and documentation within the firm's structure. A further recognizable point was the change of a reactive marketing and selling structure to an active.
In such a way set up action plan essentially contained optimization measures to the ranges organizational development, IT infrastructure and goods economy, as well as a central Projektcontrolling and the factory layout. In first consequence the introduction of a suitable commodity management was recommended.
The presented project results led to a successful project conclusion and a further project agency regarding the company and introduction of a selected ERP software and further detailing of the described measures to the preparation of an investment budgeting and a cost budget. The project team will stand the Becker building of special purpose machines GmbH also in the future during the conversion energetically to the side.
